if the company is small, options only worth 10 or 20 cents per share, so it
is really no big deal.
you should also ask how many outstanding shares they have, so you know your

startup 碰运气而已， 成功率太低了， 要是自己感兴趣的领域还可以。

做过 startup 后，才知道，startup 太容易了，尤其是那些有关系能拿到 funding 的
，随便一个 idea, 就可以是几个 million.
能撑下几年的估计就不多了。
