east palo alto is one of the worst area in bay area

close to 101 was a lot more prone to burglary & robbery
than other places.
But excluding that, palo alto is not the safest place
in south bay anyway because of stanford, downtown,
el-camino etc. it attracts lots of bums & wanderers.
