Yes, it's a condo we are considering buying. We do have a 2 yr old. But
safety is our top concern currently, since elementary school is still a
little far.

不知道你的经济情况。但是我的直觉是目前来说你还是租房比较好。

If I were you, I would try San Ramon area. I know some Chinese family moved
out of San Leandro and relocate to San Ramon |

are OK with that, it shouldn't be a problem.
How about Hayward? We were thinking about there too.
I know Union City is probably good. It just needs a higher budget. We try to
avoid, but if something we really like, it's still possible.

的apartment么?
我是觉得LZ如果有$100k，又暂时不能贷款的话，还是暂时租房比较稳妥。等过一两年
有credit了，就可以去好区贷款买房。

只是觉得现在你未必一定需要买房。

发帖数: 38 | 12 其实买房也不是一定能升值啊。明年房事升降还不知道呢。如果你们有稳定工作，一年
后应该就可以贷款买房。其实买房以后事情很多的，刚来美国的花可能还不熟悉环境，
各种各样的杂事很多。你在一个不是那么好的区买房自己住，左邻右舍都不是跟你是一
路人，你会住的不舒服的。

I currently live in South SF, just hate to pay the rent. And it's only 1
bedroom, really convenient though.

to bay bridge compare to San Ramon. With kids, you should pick a good
school district. Time flys faster than thought. |

发帖数: 2400 | 19 是这样，这些地段买了也不见得会升值，还会有安全顾虑。可以考虑暂时租房比较稳妥
。等以后有了积蓄和能力贷款再买。
