old question of "旅行证“ or ”签证“-
if both parents are h1b holder at the time the child is born, but a few
years later, got green card, is the child son still qualified for 旅行证? I
heard someone mentioned in this thread

that the policy as SF consulate has changed so the answer is yes since at
his birth time we have 'not' got the green card?
The website still showed the old policy, so not quite sure, called the SF
consulate a ton of times but nobody answer the phone, plus the online '
answer question' is completely broken (the submit button does not work at
all).. what a crap service..

one parent.....while visa can be delegated ... and we are coming from out-
of-state..

ton if someone can share -- i have been trying with 4158525900 (as listed
from the web) for a week, at various time in the morning/afternoon... but
100% ending with a busy tone and a claim 'nobody is there to answer ur phone

发帖数: 12623 | 8 错。网站没有“old policy”或“new policy”。网站上的文字一直都是一样的。都是
根据中国国籍法里面说的。只是以前理解的错而已。
所有使馆网站上的文字都是相同的（你不信看看），但是他们的理解不同。

。所有使馆的网站都是这样写的。但是有些理解就是不同。
