Tishman Speyer and China Vanke have entered a joint venture to develop a
pair of condominium towers in San Francisco, Reuters reports.
The project at 201 Folsom St. will consist of two buildings, one 42 stories
and the other 37 stories high, and offer 655 residences.
Tishman will manage the development, which is the first U.S. venture for
China Vanke, one of the biggest developers listed on Chinese exchanges.
China Vanke will contribute $175 million to the $620 million project, with
Tishman Speyer putting in $75 million.
