照了x－ray，然后洗牙了。然后医生说有什么gum的疾病，还有牙周炎。然后要我下次
去session，就是和大牙医谈下，就要收198，我自己要交70多，我就没去。cancel了
appointment。
结果今天收到诊所的账单。一共3样。exam, series xray,还有gross scale。第3个要
收我60.80.
这个是怎么回事？记得和他们re check过，说洗牙是免费的呢。

fee based and the other ..
nothing is free for fee based, 70% coverage ..
I'm in the delta also, nothing is free

Preventive and diagnostic care (exams, cleanings, x-rays , etc.
Delta Dental PPO, is 100% of reduced fees.
Delta Dental Premier, is 100% of MPA.
what is MPA?how to calculate the rates?

发帖数: 352 | 7 Call dental office for the reason for this charge. Then call Delta dental to
ask what is the charge for. First to see whether the reason for both sides
are the same.
Then call dental office to ask them wavie this charge and insist you was not
told for any special charge for the treatment other than teech cleaning.
That's all you have to do if you do not want to pay %60.. |

Now the dentist does not reply my call.
