学区一般,但一共有68个unit,平均下来也就240K不到一个unit,自己不住,出租出去

should reach 20 million. With a lousy PM, the cost could go much higher.
Need to identify pre-MLS property. Otherwise it's expensive due to more
competition. ;-)
