标 题: communication真的很重要

今天在Hadoop Summit，到现在为止我参加的4个breakout session，没有一个speaker
说话没口音的，看来都是H1的出身。
口音真不是问题，别老是那这个说事，这个不影响你的成功。
抽空发个帖。

Lack of EQ skills are the most important:
1. consensus building, communication skills
2. the ability to take psychological risks(to stand out and to ask for
favors and risk being told no, yet forge on),
3. tactfulness and insight into human nature (they get these in massive
doses from call center jobs)
4. cooperation and building of virtuous cycle of kindness and respect,
not just inside our community, but across communities
These are not all that difficult for a hardworking and motivated
people. It's a shame to neglect developing these skills and
waste so much time on perfect accents and 刷题 and other useless
talents in our young。

他们抗烙印比较得力的（参见ＳＡＰ最近的动静，烙印大头被踢）。
