desirable, some people are willing to overpay due to limited inventory (will
not last with whole area dropping). So far, it does not seem to be
stablized. Simply there is not enough inflow of money to this region. Hiring
resumed but not enough to support this area. Look around, most people
wanted a house got in one (or even upgraded).
At this economy pace, it takes at least 2-3 years. Even if it speed up, the
bubble is still

still live in some kind of temporary housing. Money is still cheap to borrow
and now construction is stalled. I don't see price change too much (either
down or up). Longer term, it will up according to inflation rate. |
