前没有speed的记录），以及保证今后肯定不再犯，基本上起码可以拿到一年的deferal
（就是说一年内不吃罚单，这次的可以免掉）。
不要强调speed的原因，什么有急事啦，跟着别人的车啦，没看见限速牌啦，那些都会
被judge无情地驳回。。。

发帖数: 1861 | 4 还有啊，就是出庭前要及早做准备，书面要求给你罚单的警察当天到庭对证。 其他州
一般都会自动要求警嚓到庭，但华州不同，你不要求的话锦察可以只是书面指控就行。
这个不知道你以前要求没。 祝你好运！

你是guilty的，警察没有义务一定要证明清楚。所以，如果警察没来，但是给了书面的
statement，基本上法官会驳回你所有的question（你能要求一张纸作答吗？） |

However, tomorrow is the first time to see the judge. I was told that if I
didn't admit guilty tomorrow, then I will be given another court date - the
cop will have to show up then, or my ticket will be dismissed. Is this
correct? Any other information? your help is greatly appreciated.

have never seen anyone dismissed IF the cop shows up, I repeat, not a
single case. You have much better odds arguing against the written
statement on basis of lack of foundation, etc etc.

借宝地问一个：校区早上11点闪黄灯，跟在一堆车后面，没反应来得及立刻刹车，已经
被拍照了－－－ 我记忆中等我反应过来是刹了车的，但是录像里就那么一秒多钟的时
间。
罚单上说，是 non moving 的罚单，交罚款就行，不进入纪录。
这个罚单是不是就不用指望上庭能拿到什么减免了，只有直接交钱？ |

advice to OP.
For example, in WA the laws says the NOI must be filed with 5 business days.
Now, if you didn't subpoena the officer and you go to the court all you
need to say if according to IRLJ, the NOI was not filed within 5 days and
you get a dismissal automatically. Now if the cop is there, he can tell the
judge he was busy in the past 5 days, and the judge will allow the
proceedings to continue.

the last one to talk to the prosecutor/judge. They offered the option to
reduce my fine from $156 to $124 (adiminstrative cost, as they call it) and
changed my violation to city code, which means that it will not show up on
my drive record and will not affect my insurance. That's the best option,
so I took it and paid the $124.
The other option is to request for another court date and request the cop to
show up. If th

即使又吃了ticket，不过是比现在多付26刀。等于你省了26刀却丢了全免的机会。。。
