I've read some online discussions about permit or not. It seems to be

dependent. How is the policy of King County? Are they rigorous in catching
you, or do they put a lot of delays on the permit without really doing
inspections
at all?

发帖数: 3244 | 2 if you are not planning to knock done walls or changing plumbing or adding
venting, you don't need permit. Check your local city not the King County
for this.
