want to give you in stocks. So if they want to give you 20K and the stock
price is $100, then you get 200 shares. If the stock price is $200, you got
100 shares.

performance review结果确定你的total compensation target，然后根据股价和你的
base pay确定该给你多少股，干的好的股票拿的可以跟工资差不多。
