大家都安排在什么时候？Buyer agent 说要提前5天，可我们觉得5天太早了，万一发生
什么，怎么办（虽然机率很小）。想问问大家都安排在closing前几天。如果closing当
天，final walk through, 再deposit cashier check, 再get key，能来得及吗？第一
次买房，buyer agent又不给力。谢谢了。 | s*******u

2-5 days should be good.
remember, the purpose of the final walk through is not to just "walk through
". if there is anything u are not satisfied with, u can ask seller to redo
the work items. if u do it the same day as closing, u cannot do anything
then.
and there is sth u have to take it for granted, like trusting the seller
wont damage the house in the last day. |
