的房子，非常喜欢并且价格相当合理了(65w)，就对他说full price也可以。Charlie说
了一句，full price 太没挑战了吧。遂当天夜里砍下2万刀,签了contract. 第二天，
就进来一个65w的cash offer,过了几天又有一个66w得offer。
Anyway,我们觉得Charlie是个非常好的agent!
