before.
International school and newport high are still ok because their students'
family are more asia related.
Even though bellevue high and sammamish high still ranking top schools by
news week, their sat score were very poor
East side such as issaquah, sammamish will do better and better,
It is not the teacher but students quality.
The house price will reflect that too.

在North Sammamish中新房子多的是Smith那片，所以升的厉害。其他就不行了。像Mead
今年跌出前100了。这是Sammamish第一次出现非10分的学校吧。长期来看，虽然离微软
近，但人们还是不喜欢住老房子。

还有一个原因就是那边老房子主要是80-90年的。那个时代房子质量不好，不一定比
Bellevue60年代的强多少。

Bellevue越来越大，所以两级分化越来越严重。好学区，比如Medina, Somerset还是很
牛的。房子出的少，价钱高，卖的都很快。

部份倒都还好吧？几家学校还能保持个全美前一百、前五十名吧？

Smith今年能上第三位，说明这个学校本身教育水平是很高的。

成绩不足以论事，多看几年吧。只是Bellevue学区中，小学成绩普遍下跌，令人担忧。

如SMITH。

main factor of a school district. I think within another 10 years, Sammamish
/Issaquah/Redmond real estat market will do better than Bellevue (though
Bellevue's advantage is location)
