年份太老升值空间很小，我只买1990年后的，
另外80万美金都有了，可以考虑考虑Sammamish , ISSAUQHA 的新一点的房子，不比这
个location差 |

is on the main level. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room
and the master bedroom. The master bathroom is carpeted.

Very traditional feeling home with lots of wood details. Nicely maintained
and well thought out floorplan. House backs to Forest and there is street
noise. There is also a very steep driveway from the culdesac location.
Master bedroom is a retreat with a cozy fireplace. Large bonus room above
the 3 car garage

Home with traditional layout with formal living and dining room as you enter
. Office to the right of the entry way. One of the secondary bedrooms is
very spacious. Master bathroom is carpeted, open to the bedroom.

Hardwood floors in the kitchen and informal living room space. Three
fireplaces. One in the living room, informal family room and one in the
master bedroom. Carpeting is showing wear and there is carpet in the master
bath.

Newcastle Golf Course. Natural light. Kitchen and family room are good size.
3 car deep garage with tall ceilings. Good size bedrooms. 3 bedrooms and
bonus room with small closet.

Steep driveway. There is room to turn around but only one car at a time and
it is a bit tight. Hardwood floors need refinishing, but seemed to be in
good condition. Carpets have been warn and could use replacing. Secondary
bedrooms are good size. Bonus room has two small closets. 3 car garage is
deep. Gas furnace is 4 years old. Home backs to a busy road and has road
noise outside only.

Home on top of small hill with steep driveway. Very well-maintained.
Original hardwoods. Kitchen has nice granite counters and opens into a great
room. Living and dining room areas are chopped up. Upstairs layout is
choppy too, but there is a terrific bonus room and larger than average
bedrooms. Home backs to busy Forest Drive. |

第一个那种改法，冬天会很冷。那种房顶夏天又会很热，华而不实。
第二个厨房很难加装抽油烟机，你要问清装修师傅。可能天花板有空间的话，还有可能

嫌旧可以叫个好的师傅磨光上油，比装纸做的新门便宜,好得多多。
油烟应该也不是大问题。这种下吸型的功效挺大。实在不行可以装个专门为Island
Kitchen设计的，管子可以通过天花板从窗口上房出去。它的天花板大概８尺高，炉头
里窗大概也是八尺。照片看上去又高又远因为是用了广角镜的关系。
这是Issaquah学区的。但如果和Bellevue SD商量，它是会让你上Somerset/Tyee/
Newport的。只差一条街。
厨柜不知道是不是custom built的。如果是的话，现在做一个好贵；不是的话，做套同
样的，不出一万五。 |
