Peaceful divorce does not require a lawyer, isn't it? If a lawyer is
involved, it will be more complicated. I want to remain good relationship
with my husband, for children's sake. |

It is way more complicated NOT to have lawyer in your case because you have
young kids (too young IMO). I fully understand your concerns.
You cannot really have peaceful divorce because 1. you have kids (this
involves child support/visitation/custody) 2. you are talking about
separating, moving out and splitting family assets (change for everyone and
$$$$).
I really hate to say this the whole thing can be peaceful only if you let
your spouse to have everything .... |

，鸡情过后，她还会这样重复，因为她不工作她得吃别人靠别人嘛，也可能没几天跑回

么有意义的事情。而且他也不认为有什么问题需要咨询，因为他过得挺好

. But with consulting a lawyer, you know what both parties rights/
responsibilities are, and you know what you can forfeit and what you want to
fight for.
2) Dont make decision when u or your spouse are emotional. Take a short (
weeks/months) break, it may turn things around. I'm not saying one of you
are begging the other to be back, but time sometimes does its magic and can
work things out. |

离婚手续可以自己去法院做，前面已经有链接了。重点是离婚协议（包括 parenting
plan），这个一定要请有经验的律师起草，但可以不用律师出面谈判。律师起草的好处
是避免落掉你想不到的、可以保护孩子的条款；但如果律师出面谈判，就会变得比较难
看。所以最好避免律师出面，你自己出面跟老公谈。
经常在这个阶段大家都信任对方，以为以后他一定会负责任等等。但残酷的事实是，时
间会改变一切。举个例子，你觉得现在可以信任他，但等到他再婚或又有了小孩，那就
很难讲了。所所以白纸黑字比什么都重要。 |
