The double whammy limited pass is good for sierra-at-tahoe and north star. I
have purchased the pass in the past two years. It is the best valuable pass
at tahoe area.
Here is how it work:
10 people make a group, the 11th gets a free pass, in order to maximize the
benefit, we need to make a group of 11 people, here is an example(if rate
not change for 2011):
group rate for double whammy limited pass(before Dec. 1st): $450
actual cost per tea |

if you feel I hijacking your topic.
Initially I like Northstar for its very good terrains for different skill
level. The vista express is a pretty long lift serving blue runs. it has a
straight forward backside terrain. You have quite a few nice options to ski
black trail to one lift at back side. One problem it brought is one quad
express serves the whole backside mountain and the waiting time could be
long. The mounta

Just got back from n* today. Very nice powder and tree runs...
To me, N* and squaw are the best two ski resorts in tahoe area. Too bad,
squaw's pass is little too pricy. |

发帖数: 1327 | 9 I do not mind ski school cut line since they pay a good fortune to learn
something in limited time. However, allowing paying 100 bucks to cut line
sounds ridiculous to me. I buy lift ticket to ski, not to let other skiers
cut my line.
Now seeing this in the other ski resorts I visited. It does remind me the
universal studios.

Been to NorthStar only once and wouldn't go there again.
The thing I dislike most are the ski shuttle, long hike/steps and incredible
lift line.
Sierra is ok.

Besides, too early to talk about 10-11 season. I believe all your prices are based on 09-10 season. I'm afraid they will raise the price since the economy is recovering...
