我去Denver 滑雪 也有很多次了，但每次都是 Vail 或者 keystone, 所以想问问 当
地的 兄弟们 介绍一下其它的 雪场, 想以后试试看， Dallas 飞 Denver 往返 才 $
160 左右，跟 taxi 的价格一样，想以后哪个周末，就飞过去滑

在所有自己去过的外加认识的人去过的滑雪场中，好像aspen highlands最贵
keystone的树林最多。有人说vail的树林也多但是好像滑的人不多，可能是雪场太大别
的地形很丰富。大滑雪场的树林都很多，而且大部分地方很少有人滑，可能是keystone
别的方面太乏善可陈所以树林被滑得多一点。
知道的难度最大的地方在a basin。有人说aspen highlands的highlands bowl也有困难
之处但是因为要走很久才能上去所以调查得不是很详细。另外据说crested butte有大
量困难特别陡的地形。
大滑雪场人都多，高峰期都排很久队。
最小的、离丹佛最近的、最便宜的滑雪场是loveland，如果神马echo mountain不算在
内的话。
购物方便的，aspen有高大上的去处。

Ski 和 snowboard 中级水准。
这个也就小马过河 大家看看参考参考就好了
1 Steamboat （树林全美最好之一 温泉 人巨少）
2 Beaver Creek (steep 树林 人少 住的好)
3 snowmass (飞进飞出方便 不用租车 地形选择多 住宿选择也多 人少)
4 Abasin (雪季长 近 地形好 人少)
5 Keystone (住的便宜 近 park好 有snowcat 野雪)
以下是不喜欢的。
Winter park. 住的不好 下highway 开很久 顶上风大 山的设计也有问题 初次去很容
易 困在一个地方 走不出来
Breckenridge 巨平。人巨多 没有中级park
Vail 到好的地形要走好久traverse。人巨多 不过bluesky basin确实不错

Copper Mountain
Location is right next to Highway I-70, with free and frequent shuttle goes
right to the base. It has the easiest access for large ski resort.
Terrain has black, blue and green runs separately laid out, which is easy to
navigate. It has probably the best green runs in Colorado. It is also
family friendly with lots of place to eat and stay.
The bad side is that a lot of young kids like to go there, and some of them
do not have respect to others. They are mostly on blue runs. It is usually
relatively crowded too.
Winter Park
The drive is rather painful with lots of tight turns on the way there. The
front side of the mountain is below average and confusing.
The plus is that is has the best moguls in Colorado given that there is good
snow. The runs are between trees with a very good feel.
A-Basin
Relatively small ski area. Runs are harder and not very family friendly.
It is cheaper and closer to Denver.
Keystone
It has probably the best blue runs in Colorado. Runs are long, wide and fun.
It also has one of the best trees. It has multiple entertaining tree
choices. It also has very good moguls with progressive terrains. Lastly,
it has night skiing which is very cool. Night skiing is not recommended to
small kids though, as they are hard to spot at night. Family friendly.
Just like copper mountain, it has many young kids that like to go fast on
the blues. It could get crowded too.
Breckenridge
It has good beginner slopes on peak 9 and good varieties on other peaks. It
has a large town around the base with lots of activities.
Bad things: It very crowded, windy and over report snow falls.
Beaver Creek
Terrain is very easy to navigate. It has lot of double black terrains, like
birds of prey and steep moguls. It is very upper scale with elevators,
free fresh baked cookies and hot drinks.
Over two hours drive from Denver. Lift operations seem to have more issues
than others. It could get windy too.
Vail
The holly grail of Denver ski resorts. It is the largest resort in Colorado
and the largest single mountain ski resort in NA. It has the best bowls
bar none. Powder days are a blast at Vail. The front side of the mountain
is no slack either. It has vast terrains with moguls and long wide blue
runs. Blue sky basin has not too steep powder/tree runs and breathe taken
views.
The bad thing is that it only has paid parking around base area. Free
parking is only available via bus runs every 20 to 30 minutes or so. |
