In the Parker County town of Weatherford, where residents went without
drinkable water for a second day, water service should be restored by
midafternoon today, city officials predicted this morning.
Meanwhile, all of North Texas is under a heat advisory through Wednesday
night, and there's no relief from searing temperatures in sight. Highs will
