I forgot today to use chili oil, I have some extremely hot chili oil I
brought back from hometown.

如果还有放一些炒熟的肉糜（就是肉让子），把酸菜切细了一起下入烧汤，下入米线，
浇上油海椒...人生圆满了

to do thing as simple as possible, in a few minutes. Lady like you, you just
like this lao-xiang in San Diego, she also try to make her meals in very
complicated way, very tasty/nice though.
