Roger Ehrenberg writes a very detailed and honest post-mortem on Monitor110,
a startup he was involved with from an early stage. They raised around $20M
dollars, but couldn’t get where they needed to go.

Writing a post mortem is hard, particularly when the result is failure: a

2)市场和客户的需求,最重要。闭门造车,必然失败。所谓实践是检验真理的唯一标
准.而为了抓住市场和客户,就需要不断的修正biz direction, 小规模的尝试。所谓"
摸着石头过河", 极有道理。
3) 拿到VC投资是好事。但钱太多了,人就浮躁。而且,VC和投资者的期望值过高,就
有可能导致不现实的计划和进度。 |
