Resolution. 请问Company Resolution是公司的注册文件（就是有州秘书签字盖章那
个）吗？
刚刚开始的公司没有请人，自己又不能做Management职位，是不是只能请人或者找合作

No, for a tiny business for most Chinese owner, no double taxation at all.
No need to pay compensation.
I have three different business accounts in Citi, Chase and EW Bank. None of
them allow you to open business account online (LLC, S corp and C Corp).
Do you really own a business?

Take a look at the rule from IRS:
Code Sec. 311(b)(3) provides that if distributed property consists of an
