at ceretain stage, B spinned off from A as a fully owned subsidiary of
company A.
Now a public company C bought B from A, A still operates afterwards,
for employee X: stays with A after M&A
employee Y: goes with B to join C
employee Z: left A before the spin-off but exercised the options of A.
After M&A happens, what would be the scenario of each of X,Y and Z?
