我朋友的公司想与大陆做生意，但对方说叫我去中国领事馆做个公证，证明是美国公司
，不知道如何去做，是否可以找中介搞定。

发帖数: 11537 | 2 You will need at least two documents authenticated, some sometimes three:
1. Article of Incorporation.
2. Good standing
3. Bank letter
For the first two, you can request from Secretary of State of the state your
company is registered.
The procedures are here:
http://visa.ywpw.com/authentication/
One thing to note that, for authentication, you must apply to the correct
consulate because each Secretary of State only register his seal and
signature in one Chinese consulate.
