ensive IMHO. at that price i'd love to invest in some of these companies too
:) but of course they're expensive because they have their rolodex that we
don't have.

我原先也很喜欢看shark tank节目。是很受启发。上面的几个大腕儿，比如说Barbara
Corcoran，Mark Cuban等，很令人敬佩。
有机会的话，去试一试没坏处。这些人的名气和关系网本身，就值了大钱了。 |

原先看过有人来版上说有钱，可以投资做incubator啥的。我觉得和shark tank比，或
者和Y Combinator比，欠缺的是名气。
其实对于startup来说，钱都不是太大的问题，主要是需要figure out一个path to
market. 投资人有名气，有经验的话，容易搞定市场。
crowdfunding的概念很好啊，问题是怎么操作。

发帖数: 9344 | 7 shark tank里边的小startup其实很多都有些基础，而且其实要的钱不多，一般也就几
20,30万,而且投资人还可以拿工资，比如pink shutter photo。投30万，每年10万工资
，真是好deal。
很多个人其实就有能力做这种投资，或者有这方面资源的人也会愿意。我在想能不能做
一个网站，让需要资金的人介绍自己的公司，然后愿意投资的人出offer，然后网站协
助达成，提供比如法律之类的服务。

i think you have to be a registered broker/dealer to conduct such business.
also if it's a tiny amount of money nobody will ask questions, but if it's
significant, how do you make sure the business is using it where he said he'
ll use it. i mean, if i come here and claim i have some fancy business like
the "gold dragon battery" which will revolutionize the world, and need just
$10k from everyone of you to make it a reality..
then i spend all that money on travel, food, etc etc :)

网站的作用就像abc。btw，我后来才看到上这个节目的startup要给abc电视台一定的股
份作为报酬。

你说的和楼上说的，我觉得都可以。
上面brmj说的是更加深度的整合，就是charge money per transaction.
你说的这种模式是charge by ads, 和交易无关。
但无论如何，我觉得你有个责任问题。即使是广告来说，也要避免虚假的广告啥的。
国内的分类信息网站搞得那么烂的原因，就是因为虚假信息太多，他们没有处理好。这
些网站都是想做国内的craigslist, 但只是学到了人家的皮毛而已。

我特喜欢看那些小start up owner上去忽悠，各种表演有些不能说不棒。 |
