Context: two-level data, first-level nested within second-level
Goal:impute the missing values for some continuous variables at first-level
with second-level dummy variables included in imputation model.
Problem:Within the second-level(e.g. group) all the subjects have missing
values for these variables we would like to impute. How could we impute them
without deleting these subjects?
Please share your ideas or experience. Thanks!

你的问题可能不是很清楚，比如说你的第二个level有3个group，如果完全没有group3
的信息，那么你impute这个group3只能不看group这个variable了。
我想可能的情况是你有一些covariate，或者group3里面还是有一些是没有missing的，
这样的可以用hot-deck或者用model。
