the format of the reference is:

But I really want author's last name shows first, then the first name, i.e.
the format shows like the following:
Gruttola, V.D. and Tu, X.M . Modelling progression of CD4-lymphocyte
count and its relationship to survival time. Biometrics, 50:1003-1014, 1994.
Which style should I use?
