We like to see statistical software like Statistica, Stata, SAS, SPSS, R,
Matlab, etc. Competence with this software is indicative of the right
statistics/Business Analytics training. We prefer people with work
experience.
My company has had some recent bad experiences with leveraging OPT. At
present, they are unwilling to sponsor people.
