实验方法：
２０个接收测试的人分为两组。
第一天， 第一组的人食用含有同位素钙42且不含维生素D的食物， 第二组的人食
用含有同位素钙44且含维生素D的食物。
第二天， 第二天，进行食物互换，即，第一组的人食用含有同位素钙44且含维生素
D的食物，第二组的人食用含有同位素钙42且不含维生素D的食物。
两周之后，测量血液中钙42和钙44的含量。
实验结果：

食物A：含有同位素钙42，不含维生素D。
食物B：含有同位素钙44，含维生素D。
食物A和B 中含有同位素钙的数量相同，并且除维生素Ｄ之外，其他营养成分都相同。
1-10人：第一天吃食物A，第二天吃食物B。
11-20人：第一天吃食物B，第二天吃食物A。
两周之后，测量所有人血液中钙42和钙44的含量。
简单说就是，钙44和维生素Ｄ同时进食，钙42没有和维生素Ｄ同时进食。
体内留有的钙44和钙42量可以反映维生素Ｄ对钙吸收的影响。
我的问题是:
(1) 如果使用Student’s t test分析的话，样本是independent samples 还是 paired
samples?
(2) 是否可以用ANOVA and Tukey’s test?

(between groups, subjects and periods), 那么你可以用either paired t test or
two sample t test. 如果你进一步假设没有period effects,那就可以用paired t
test.
不过我倒是对你的实验设计有问题，为什么没有足够长的washout period? 同一个人前
后两天就吃两种食物，你肯定先吃食物B的那群人当中，食物B中的VD不会对第二天吃的
食物A中的钙42吸收产生影响么？ 我猜ColdBody的回答也是这个意思。 |

if there is a correlation between Ca44 and Ca42, simple linear regression
model Ca44=ca42+group will make sense.

paired ca42 and ca44 is not equal to zero. but the cause lead to this
difference is ambiguous. You cannot figure out whether ca44 or vitamin-D
results in the difference. As one responder said, this experiment design can
not reach your goal.If I were you, I will choose only one radioactive Ca.
Then one group is fed with Vitamin-D and the other group without Vitamin-D.

我这几天也查了些资料，大概的理解就是crossover design通常用paired t test或者
repeated measures ANOVA。
