NAZ normally is not the decisive index, which should follow Dow/SPX sooner
or later. Now it is a situation they can't out of pace forever. So either
Dow dragged down NAZ, or NAZ lift Dow, I would choose the first one.
NAZ has up'ed too much recently, at the same time, DOW recently had given
back 700 points from local high. So actually yesterday I was looking for a
dow side bounce, but had thought NAZ will not up in same scale.

totally disagree with your analysis. Comsumer spending is determined by
disposable income, not by home value.
Job market is fine, productivity is growing(which will suppress inflation),
export is hot, GDP is growing, housing is supported by basic demand and
foreign interest, and foreigners are buying US assets, I doubt consumer
spending will be weak in the intermediate term.
