CC.
They posted flat q/q solar sales, while I thought they should ride the red
on fire solar market and post at least some 20% q/q growth since they have
the spare production capacity I believe.
Don't trust the so-called "street estimate" for those companies in a very
dynamic market and with very limited analyst coverage. Analysts are
sometimes too lazy to update their numbers. Just compare with your own
numbers, and those who have no ideas on the numbers should not invest anyway.

STR Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq:STRI - News) will replace Keithley Instruments Inc
. (NYSE:KEI - News) after the close of trading on a date to be announced.
Keithley Instruments is being acquired by S&P 500 constituent Danaher Corp.
(NYSE:DHR - News) in a deal expected to be completed soon, pending final
approvals.
Looks to me it's good news because those funds tracking S&P Small Cap will
have to buy STRI. But the date is not decided yet. I assume some day
next week. I believe it's good time to bottom fishing STRI. |
