be after the Ponzi unwinds. Don't get scared of a short term PET strike.
Think of the long term trend and buy on every dip. Save-guard you wealth

the use of gold? standard currency? any yield? Even bonds and tips can give
you some sort of protection to inflation. How do you overcome inflation? you
just need to get more paper money faster than anyone else!
In the end of day, people still need to change the gold back to paper to eat
