另据市场估计，跟随BOA，全球银行将在接下来的几个月内裁员多达50000人。但这个预估谁能确认？
今天，Hongkong跌了2.2%，Britain 跌了11.5%，France 跌了12%，Germany 跌了10%；
前一波看是因为那个债务的ceiling和s&p的降级，但现在却是欧洲央行爆出来的坏账损
失的预估和因此而产生的压力，让人感到有些莫名其妙。一切似乎都是担心，但除了
boa还能说得清的一堆问题和今天job report上说上月多了9000个领救济的人外，压根没有看
到那个欧洲银行到底有多大的具体问题。似乎一切都在炒作和跟风当中，因为现在实在
看不到具体问题到底在哪里。
借债务问题制造市场，s&p领了头，现在政府查了，又借boa落井下石，从欧洲银行挑起事端，也许这才是核心。 | r*m

PARIS (AP) -- European bank stocks tanked Thursday as fears mounted about
their exposure to the region's debt crisis and weakening economy.
The stock prices of Britain's Barclays and France's Societe Generale led the
way down, falling 11.5 percent and 12 percent, respectively. Germany's
Commerzbank fell 10 percent.
Analysts said the plunge was partly a reaction to evidence that European
banks are being forced to pay more for the short-term loans they need to
finance day-to-day operations.
Some European banks with heavy exposure to the debts of Greece and other
weak countries are relying on loans from the European Central Bank because
other private banks are reluctant to do business with them. The ECB said one
bank, which it didn't identify, had paid above-market rates to borrow $500
million a day for seven days.
No bank had requested such a loan for nearly six months. Analysts said fears
about one bank's troubles are enough to spark concerns about the entire
industry

BANGKOK (AP) -- Asian stock markets were sharply lower Friday amid signs of
a possible U.S. recession and renewed worries over the health of Europe's
banks.
Oil prices fell to near $81 a barrel in Asia, extending a major sell-off
fueled by investor fears that slowing global growth will undermine demand
for crude. The dollar was higher against the euro but down against the yen.
Japan's Nikkei 225 index dropped 1.8 percent to 8,784.53 and Hong Kong's
Hang Seng slid 2.4 percent to 19,540.60. South Korea's Kospi dived 4.5
percent to 1,775.71. Australia's benchmark S&P/ASX 200 was down 2.7 percent
at 4,137.70.
