Considering OB speech Thursday , it is very likely he got some deals with
large manufacture companies CEOs and he thinks he can simply throw wall
street under the bus after he utilized them in 08. Wall street might
retaliate heavily this week. Pay attention to those industries OB will
mention on thursday, just short them this Friday morning as a short term
play. In two weeks, We could see DOW under 10000 very possibly. Financial
industry is dead in short term , BAC will go under 4 in three weeks, but it
won't bankrupt unless GS suddenly got another deal with OB under the table.
If that is the case, GS will lead the whole financialnindustry will use BAC as a
sacrifice to reach deal with OB
I still firmly believe Greece will default (since July after i learned it
from the party in the street) and something super big will happen in Europe
this Fall, EU is either at the beginning ofnthe end , or at the end of the
beginning, we shall see the history happening under our nose.
In mid , long term, US economy will recover , market will come back 12000 latest
early next year.
