In order to go up 100k a year you need endless supply of suckers
always willing to buy it up every year at the high. Someday you will
run out of suckers and thus housing price inevitably sinks, and that
is how every bubble ends.

迅速变成120日元对1美元了，然后到现在都70多日元对1美元了。

Even for a big nation like China there's a limit supply of suckers.
If a sucker has overpaid 100k for a house last year would he come
back overpaying another 100k for a new house? No, b/c if he cannot
make payment on his current mortgage he cannot take on more.
The house flippers will quickly run out of suckers to dump on then
what happens? Well the flippers will have the houses stuck in their
hand so these flippers become suckers themselves and the bubble pops.
