when you say US, you mean NYSE, NASDAQ or AMEX, correct?
You have legal shares of SINA, it would not go away. Price may be different
though.

Pink Sheets，如果公司经营不善导致delist，基本离破产不远了，那就基本归零了。
我认为delist本身不会理论上是归零。比如我们公司被private equity收购了，就
delisted了，大家手中的股票被priave equity换成钱了。 |

的事情。比如Pink Sheets里居然有大名鼎鼎的雀巢公司，Market Value高达215B，
Shares Outstanding是3.3B。股价今天是65刀左右。 |
