I'm on my second broken unit. The two speed switch on the top slides, but
doesn't change the speeds which are supposed to be max 500 rpm on "one" and
1,700 on "two". That ruins it's use as a driver. It makes me wonder what the
rest of you folks are doing. But, based on my experience, I would stay away
from these until they learn how to

purchased 2 of these and both had same exact problem...i wasn't able to
switch RPM on this drill.
I liked the compactness of this one, I went with Bosch 36618 model instead,
purchased one in plastic case and 2 batteries and another one as a set with
impact driver...both of them are working perfectly fine.
I wouldn't bother with this model. Bad quality control(?)
