Nasdaq's announcement came a little more than an hour after NYSE Euronext,
operator of the rival New York Stock Exchange, told traders its Arca
electronic stock exchange was having technical issues in issues starting
alphabetically with ticker TACT through the Z's.
Earlier this week, Goldman Sachs Group Inc. flooded U.S. stock-options
