可是“追溯供应链”能保证“账本”不被篡改。但是能防止原始记录造假么？
我理解的是，比如三鹿牛奶当年用了blockchain，发现问题时，公众可以track 到毒奶
来自哪个农场，没人能篡改/掩盖。怎么保证track 到的记录不是造假呢？所以还是需
要一个centralized 的第三方来监管？

想象一下，石油厂们发行一套区块链。每一个小块代表未来某个时间段的一桶油。商人
可以不通过第三方broker自由买卖这些区块链，每次的交易数据都会添加到区块链里，
