resident. (during OPT, I'm a student, stayed in US < 5 yrs)
but I got a letter asking for prove of non-residency. eg. electrical bill
etc. from another country.
should I write a letter explaining with a copy of my OPT card? thanks. | s********0
发帖数: 325 | 2 ps. technically, I should be non-resident from Jan to Sep, then from Oct I'm
resident. but you can't tell how much to report as non-resident and
resident from W2 form. that's why I reported non-resident.
