I mean I missed to claim the Flex Account ($5000) for depenedent care in
2008 from corporation. We just relized this when we ask Flexibel corp for $
5000 .
I heard probably we still can get some rembusement when we file 2008 Tax
return this year (before 4/15/2009) for this even I didn't apply for Flex
Account in 2008. |

You can still submit your daycare receipt to your corporation. Usually the
deadline for filing claim should be 3/31/09. Check with your corporation
tomorrow.
Since your W-2 shows that your have FSA $5000, you need to show $5000
childcare expense on your tax return. I cannot give more advice until I
know how you input W-2 to your tax return.
