I am using turbo tax to report tax this year. Should pre-tax 401k be
reported as deduction from income as IRA in turbo tax? I didn't find
specifically deductions as 401k in turbo tax.

NO. 401k money was taken out of your payroll (gross) already. whatever the
amt on W-2 already reflects that. i.e. tax on 401k $ was deferred. do
nothing on your returns.
