t*m 发帖数: 4414 | 1 I have an old "rollover IRA" (came from my 401K of previous job) at fidelity.
in 2010, I rollover it into my current 401K (at current job).
fidelity mailed me a 1099R, indicating it's a overall into a qualified
retirement account.
Do I have to report this transaction in my tax return?
Many thanks! |

input as 0
form 1040 line 15 or 16
You don't need to attach the 1099R if no tax was withhold |
