收到公司来信说：
Our records indicate that your business may have received California source
income, which may be subject to California withholding in accordance with
California Revenue and Taxation Code Section 18662 and the related
regulations (18662-1 through 18662-14).
As a result of this California tax regulation, xxxxx is required to withhold
7% tax from payables for services rendered in the State of California,
unless the business entity is qualified for an exemption, waiver or
reduction of tax.

什么意思啊。。。面试报销退回来的几百块钱还要扣税是么。。。谢谢。。。 |
