i graduated from dept. of civil engineering (structure) of tianjin uni in
1996. at that time, i spent more time on basketball & PC games. so i do not
dare to consider any top schools.
do you know any school i should apply to have more opportunities to get
admitted and granted assistship and is there any school i still have time to
apply for spring 2004?

总得说说GPA， 考试成绩，有没有paper之类的吧。
