发帖数: 1030 | 7 I have been living nearby for a while, but I have never heard of such a
famous place.
My guess is that you are looking for apt or TH in Eakin or Julia Green ES
school zone.
When I was in Julia Green ES school zone, both schools have score of 7 out
10 in greatschools.com and I moved into Eakin school zone. I am not a big
fan of Julia Green even when the score turned into 10 in 2012.
I do not have any personal favorable apt or TH to recommend. It is just apt
or TH, what you can ecpect? But since you are looking for rental in school

You can first do some online search to find an apt or TH within your
favorable ES school zone, and within your budget as well. And then come back
to this board to see if anybody can share their opinion on your potential
landlord. If there is no negative feedback whatsoever, just go for it.
