get low is not just backhand, it's everyshort for low ball. even volley.
the reason for one backhand is harder for two backhand is timing is hard.
two hand is more easy to control the ball.
Few people can play like Graf using slice as oftensive play.
Everybody using slice backhand to change the pace during the play.
Ms Henin has a great backhand. but for girls, go two hander please.

不知道大家的准备动作是怎样的。
我的左手基本上每一拍准备的时候都要扶在拍颈上，依靠推拉来帮助引拍和调整握拍。
降低重心是提高底线/网前稳定性和准确率的手段，前倾则有助于提高球速和打上升段的
节奏。这两点是保证平衡调节和启动迅速的条件。这两点做得好，进攻时的稳定性基本上
就有保证了。
发球的时候也是要先屈膝，然后在击球的时候蹬地，升高重心，在最高点扣球。
不屈膝怎么做反弓型引拍挠背呢？
发球的时候也是要左手帮忙的。左手在抛完球后可以指向球，然后在右手扣球向下挥动的
时候基本上应该是从上向下向里扣，最后收在腹部。记得2000年<>上专门有图文
讲解桑普拉斯和伊万的左手在发球时的动作。
我的反手练了很长时间，中间也试过双反，但是攻击性太差就放弃了。双反的稳定性和对
球的控制(线路/落点)会好一些，救球的时候引拍因为小，也会好一些。但是对中长距离
跑动的要求就高多了。因为两个手捏在一起跑起来要慢很多,虽然启动要早一点.
所以合理的反手应该是双手抽加上单手削.
