they seem to be always in the different halves in any tournament.

last 2 years? 3 and 4 will always be in different halves..

2) ATP ranking No.3 or No.4 doesn't translate to #3 or #4
seeds, esp. in ATP500 or below tournaments.

So it boils down to the periods when Joker or Murray was #2,
they were almost never in the same half during any GS or ATP1000
events. There were at least 3 or 4 events like that.

Nadal would be in the other half. This had not happened for quite a while.
Logically the drawing should be a fare and random process. Maybe the base is
not large enough to hold that.

the other. Even though DJoker and Murray has both reached #2, was there a
period they were #2 and #3, and Fed slided to #4? Don't think so. So if it
is like #1 Nadal, #2 DJoker/Murray, #3 Federer, #4 Murray/DJoker, they still
have to beat Nadal and Fed in semi for them to meet in the final, which is
obviously something they've never been able to do in the past two years.

#1 has exactly 50% chance to meet #3, and another 50% chance
to meet #4 in the same half.
