你要是side way那么跑上去，可以左手一直辅助着握着，基本很接近球才用离开，这样
基本就够决定你准备怎么打了，左手离开时可以调整握拍。
如果很多时候觉得临时决定的话时间不够，可以continental比较保险，因为可以传统
volley，half valley，还可以slice或者chip上网。都用大陆。 |

发帖数: 7271 | 4 我觉得一般来讲，swing volley是在对方球速不是特别快，弧线较大，过网相对较高
的时候用。这种时候一般有时间换握拍。如果是对付很flat的passing或者过网即坠的
球时，一般使用传统volley。相对来说准备间更短。所以我觉得在网前时，
还是用continental作为default，有时间就换握拍打swing volley，没时间就
一律continental了。
如果反手位swing volley的话，我的双反里的右手本来也是continental。

正手握拍就冲过去swing volley了。

上的，换握法
时主要是靠左手调整。如果你已经决定上网了，那就该转成continental了。
我觉得swing volley主要是在底线对抽时对手在被动情况下回一个又高又深的球，这时
冲上去不等球
落地打swing volley可以减少对手回防的时间，如果空当大的话，就直接winner了。

总要换握拍的话，不管多快，总是会有一点点负面影响的。

发帖数: 98 | 11 很有意思的问题。我记得这次法网半决赛时，小德有一个救网前小球的画面。当时小德
往前跑时是用大陆握拍，到位后发现球反弹后高于球网，他击球前瞬间转成半西方打了
一个小斜线。力量不大，但是是个Winner. 而且他换grip 时只是用右手将拍柄轻轻一
转，并没有用左手辅助，非常隐蔽有效。当时我看的是录像，反复看了几次，所以印象
深刻。

还有一种是对付Pusher老给我Moonball，我会冲上去打Swing Volley。
最后一种是我已经到了网前，对手在被动情况下给了我一个软啪啪的半高球，打
Overhead又太低，我经常用Traditional Volley回去，没有Swing Volley的意识。这种
软啪啪的半高球用传统Volley回去借不上力，角度不够好容易被对手穿越。所以我现在
要多练Swing Volley。

BEE说的我认为失误率会很高，一般都不会那样处理。关键是腕力控制以及方
向控制不足，造成截杀不力反被对手有机会打穿越。其实，上网截杀，发力绝对是
次要的，而方向是第一位的。方向正确，再小的力量也杀了对方，而加力截杀但方
向不好，未必能杀死球，而给对手机会回击，甚至最惨的是自己失误白送机会球，
这种球最伤自信心和对心理打击最大。绝大多数人会因此紧接着连续几分丢失--盖
因心理波动。

let your hand react by itself. When people say "keep eyes on the ball",
they really mean "keep your mind on the ball". When you THINK of the grip,
you are already distracted - by your own mind. |

to swing volley all those balls. But after I practices more regular
volley, I lost my mindset to do swing volley :( Pros trained very
hard to switch between those automatically, still you can find they
tend to use one more than the other. For us, it is more difficult.
Bee is not aggressive natually, will not be nautal for him to do
swing volley unless he trains swing volley a lot

Swing volley takes more strength than ground strokes. If I use
eastern grip (my normal forehand grip), I tend to hit to the net.
